2. How to rent a bike
(1) Please bring your ID, passport, or residence permit with you. One ID can rent up to 5 bikes. (Your ID will be temporarily kept at the rental station in our care. After you return the bike and pay the rental fee, your ID will be returned.)
(2) If you have no ID with you, you can pay a deposit instead to rent a bike. (The deposit will be returned after you return the bike.)

(3) Please leave a valid mobile phone number in Taiwan so that we can reach you. If you do not have a mobile phone, please leave the name, room number and phone number of the hotel where you are staying instead.
(4) Rental fees are charged based on hourly rate. A period exceeding 15 minutes is counted as an hour (see “Rates for Same-Spot Pickup and Return”).

(6) Please note that foreigners renting bikes with IDs, passports, or residence permits must return the bikes at this rental station only. Please do not return the bikes at other rental stations.
